37-4-201. Official seal -- organization -- subpoena power. Said board shall have an official seal of its own design and shall employ the same to authenticate its acts and records as may be required. The board shall, at its annual meeting, choose from its members a president, vice-president, and secretary-treasurer, who shall serve at the pleasure of the board. Any member of the board shall have the power to administer oaths and affirmations and said board shall have the power to hear testimony and subpoena witnesses as to all matters relating to the duties imposed upon it by law.
