37-4-403. Issuance of certificate -- fee. An applicant who successfully passes the examination prescribed by the board shall, on the payment of a fee prescribed by the board, be granted a license as a dental hygienist and shall be registered in a record kept by the department and shall receive a certificate, signed by the members of the board, in a form prescribed by the board.
