37-54-110. Roster of licensed and certified real estate appraisers. The board shall prepare and issue at least once each calendar year a roster listing the name and principal place of business of each real estate appraiser currently licensed or certified under this chapter. A member of the public may obtain a copy of the roster by applying to the board. The board may set a reasonable fee for the cost of providing the roster.
