37-65-201. Organization -- records. (1) The board shall, on an annual basis, elect from among its number a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer.
(2) The department shall keep a record of proceedings of the board.
(3) The department shall keep a register of applicants for a certificate, with the name of the applicant and whether the applicant was granted a certificate or rejected. The register is prima facie evidence of the matters contained in it.
