46-24-211. Information concerning appeal or postconviction remedies. If the defendant appeals, pursues a postconviction remedy, or the district court grants a hearing under part 25, the attorney general, or the county attorney if the case has not been referred to the attorney general, shall promptly inform the victim of the notice of appeal, hearing under part 25, or postconviction petition, of the date, time, and place of any hearing, and of the decision.
