5-11-221. Distribution of proceedings of 1972 constitutional convention. The legislative council shall determine the methods of disposition and distribution of the copies of the proceedings of the 1972 constitutional convention. The council may set such sale price or prices for the copies of the proceedings as it determines appropriate. Proceeds from the sale of the proceedings must be deposited in the general fund.
