50-62-110. Appeal to department of justice. If the owner or occupant deems himself aggrieved by an order of an officer under this chapter, he may appeal to the department of justice within 24 hours and the cause of the complaint shall at once be investigated by direction of the department. Unless such order is revoked by the department, it shall remain in force and forthwith be complied with by such owner or occupant.
