53-2-303. County attorney and clerk -- ex officio duties. The county attorney is, ex officio, the legal adviser to the county welfare board and shall render legal services that the county or department of public health and human services may require. The county clerk and recorder is, ex officio, the secretary and clerk of the county welfare board.
