61-1-102. Motor vehicle. "Motor vehicle" means a vehicle propelled by its own power and designed or used to transport persons or property upon the highways of the state. For the purpose of chapter 3, the term also includes trailers and semitrailers. For the purpose of chapter 3, parts 1 and 2, the term also includes campers. The term does not include a bicycle as defined in 61-1-123.
