61-3-209. Exception to certificate of ownership requirements for manufactured homes. (1) A manufactured home is subject to the provisions of this part unless the manufactured home has been declared an improvement to real property in accordance with the provisions of 15-1-116.
     (2) A manufactured home that has been classified as personal property is subject to the provisions of this part.
