69-14-551. Establishment of principal office. Every such corporation shall, as soon as convenient after its organization, establish a principal office at some point on the line of its road and may change the same at pleasure, giving public notice in one or more newspapers in the state having the largest circulation and giving notice to the secretary of state of such establishment or change.
