69-14-812. Power of commission with respect to sidetracks, stockyards, and chutes. The commission shall have full power and authority, after notice and hearing, to compel railroads, railways, or common carriers operating within the state to construct or extend public loading or unloading tracks at stations and shall likewise have full power and authority to compel the construction or extension of stockyards, stockchutes, or stockpens whenever the necessity therefor has been established to the satisfaction of the commission.
