69-9-113. Interagency cooperation. (1) State agencies shall cooperate with the Montana power authority in the planning of electrical energy purchases or the permitting or constructing of electrical generation facilities.
     (2) Within the limits of available resources, state agencies shall provide scientific, economic, and other relevant data requested by the Montana power authority.
