7-14-2504. Additional road and bridge construction tax -- election required. (1) Each board may make an additional levy upon the taxable property in the county for constructing public highways and bridges.
     (2) Before the additional levy may be made, the question must be submitted to a vote of the people as provided in 15-10-425.
     (3) A majority of the votes cast is necessary to permit the additional levy, which must be collected in the same manner as other road taxes.
