7-21-3213. Confidentiality of appointment of stock inspector. The proceedings and meetings of the board of county commissioners relating to the employment of a stock inspector shall not be made public until after the investigation of the crime or crimes by said inspector is completed, and any officer who divulges the name of the stock inspector employed or the purpose of his employment during such period shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
