7-21-3413. Capital improvement fund authorized. The fair commission of any county in Montana is authorized to establish, by a vote of the majority of the commission, a capital improvement fund for the replacement and acquisition of property, buildings, or equipment costing more than $5,000 and having a useful life of 5 years or more.
