7-21-3424. Authorization for additional counties to join fair district. A contiguous county or counties forming a territory contiguous to a fair district may be added to such fair district after its formation under the same provisions as set forth in 7-21-3421 through 7-21-3423, provided the board of directors of the fair district determines that it is to the best interest of said district that such county or counties be added.
