7-22-2442. Hearing on petition for annexation -- notice. If any such petition for enlargement of an existing district is presented, the board of county commissioners shall set a time for hearing thereon and shall cause notice thereof to be given in the manner provided by 7-22-2406 and 7-22-2407.
