7-3-4307. Form of ballot. At such election, the ballots to be used shall be printed on plain white paper and shall be headed "Special election for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the (city, town) of (name of city or town) under chapter 152 of the acts of the fifteenth legislative assembly" and shall be substantially in the following form:

[] FOR reorganization of the (city, town) of (name of city or town) under chapter 152 of the acts of the fifteenth legislative assembly.

[] AGAINST reorganization of the (city, town) of (name of city or town) under chapter 152 of the acts of the fifteenth legislative assembly.
