7-35-2201. Power of county commissioners to conduct cemeteries. A board of county commissioners may:
(1) establish and conduct cemeteries;
(2) acquire by purchase, gift, devise, or condemnation pursuant to Title 70, chapter 30:
(a) lands for cemetery purposes; and
(b) cemeteries already established and conducted by persons, firms, or corporations, including municipal corporations.
