80-11-101. Definitions. As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Agricultural products" means crops, livestock, and livestock products.
(2) "Marketing" means all activities involved in getting agricultural products from the producer to the consumer and includes transportation, processing, and distribution.
