80-6-115. Restrictions on apiary locations. Pollination apiaries, landowner apiaries, and hobbyist apiaries may be located less than 3 miles from pollination apiaries, landowner apiaries, hobbyist apiaries, and general apiaries registered to other persons. General apiaries may be located within 3 miles of one another only under the provisions of 80-6-111.
