85-2-516. Well logs. Within 60 days after any well is completed, the driller shall file with the department a well log report on a form provided by the department through its offices. The department may return the report for refiling if it is incomplete or incorrect. The department shall provide a copy of the complete and correct well log to the Montana bureau of mines and geology.
