87-1-302. Commission meetings. The members of the commission shall hold quarterly or other meetings for the transaction of business, at times and places it considers necessary and proper. The meetings shall be called by the chairman or by a majority of the commission and shall be held at the time and place specified in the call for the meeting. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business which may come before it. The commission shall keep a record of all the business transacted by it. The chairman and secretary shall sign all orders, minutes, or documents for the commission.
