15-31-807. Limitation on penalty and interest. An amount of penalty or interest owed by the depository pursuant to 15-31-805 may not be assessed or collected with respect to the year for which a semiannual fee is assessed unless the notice of the additional amount owed is mailed within 5 years from the date the fee was paid.
