15-38-203. Purpose of fund usage -- limitation on future use. (1) Any funds made available under this chapter must be used and expended to improve the total environment and rectify damage to the environment.
     (2) It is the intent of the legislature that future appropriations from the resource indemnity trust interest not be made to fund general operating expenses of state agencies.
