33-22-1123. Delivery of policy or certificate. If an application for a long-term care insurance policy or a certificate meeting the requirements of Public Law 104-191 is approved, the health insurance issuer of the policy or certificate shall deliver the policy or certificate to the applicant, policyholder, or certificate holder not later than 30 days after the date of issue.
