33-22-261. (Temporary) Legislative intent -- purpose. (1) It is the intent of the legislature to provide for a demonstration project to allow a health service corporation, a health maintenance organization, or a health insurer to test the feasibility of a product to extend health care benefits to uninsured residents of Montana.
     (2) It is the purpose of a demonstration project to provide coverage for health care services not otherwise available to uninsured residents of Montana. (Terminates June 30, 2009--sec. 14, Ch. 325, L. 2003.)
