33-4-507. Withdrawal of member -- cancellation by insurer. (1) Any member of an insurer may withdraw therefrom by surrendering his policy to the insurer for cancellation and paying all obligations then owing by him to the insurer.
     (2) The insurer has power to cancel the policy of any member for any cause deemed adequate by the insurer and upon not less than 10 days' written notice in advance of cancellation delivered to the member or mailed to his address last of record with the insurer.
