37-10-202. Rulemaking power -- seal. (1) The board may adopt rules for the regulation, conduct, supervision, and procedure governing all applicants for certificates of registration as optometrists and the practice of optometry not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
     (2) The board shall have a common seal.
