37-13-307. Deposit of moneys received. All moneys received under this chapter shall be deposited with the state treasurer and credited to an account to be designated by him. No money shall be paid out of the fund except upon vouchers drawn against the fund, signed and certified to by the secretary of the board. All funds so credited shall be available to the board for the payment of expenses incurred by it in the performance of its duties under this chapter.
