37-20-201. Duties of board of medical examiners -- compensation and expenses of members. The Montana state board of medical examiners provided for in 2-15-1731 shall administer the provisions of this chapter under such procedure as it considers advisable and may adopt reasonable rules to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Each member of the board shall receive the compensation and travel expenses provided for in 37-3-206 while engaged in the active and necessary discharge of his duties under this chapter.
