37-28-203. Renewal of license -- application and fee. (1) Except as provided in 37-1-138, a respiratory care practitioner's license expires on the date set by department rule.
     (2) A licensee may renew a license by:
     (a) filing an application with the board on a form approved by the board; and
     (b) paying a renewal fee in an amount established by the board.
