37-31-321. Issuance of licenses and certificates. If the board finds that an applicant for licensure or for a certificate of registration has complied with the requirements of this chapter and has paid the required fee, the board shall admit a license applicant to examination and shall authorize the department to issue a license or certificate of registration to those who have successfully passed the examination or who are entitled to a certificate of registration under this chapter.
