37-31-322. Renewal -- late renewal fee. (1) Licenses and certificates of registration may not be issued for longer than 1 year unless otherwise provided by department rule. The renewal fee may not exceed twice the fee for a 2-year renewal or three times the fee for a 3-year renewal and must be as set by the board.
(2) A late renewal fee prescribed by the board must be charged, in addition to other fees fixed by law, for renewal applications of licenses and certificates of registration made after the renewal date.
