37-50-308. Examination. Except as provided in 37-1-101(4), the department shall provide for an examination in accounting, auditing, and related subjects as the board considers appropriate. The grade determination of the board is final in each case. The department on behalf of the board may contract with third parties to provide the examination and administrative services related to the examination. The board may adopt rules necessary for the orderly conduct of the examination.
