69-3-1409. Tax revenue analysis. The revenue and transportation interim committee, as provided for in 5-5-202, shall analyze the amount of state and local tax revenue derived from previously regulated natural gas suppliers that will enter the competitive market and shall report to the legislature on how revenue to the state or local government is changed by restructuring and competition.
