7-35-2113. Hearing on withdrawal. Any person interested may appear at said hearing and present objections to the withdrawal of said portion from said district. The board shall consider all objections, pass upon the merits thereof, and make an order in accordance therewith. This order is subject to review by any court of competent jurisdiction.
