72-33-611. Cotrustees. (1) Unless otherwise provided in the trust instrument, a power vested in two trustees may only be exercised by their unanimous action.
     (2) Unless otherwise provided in the trust instrument, a power vested in three or more trustees may be exercised by a majority of such trustees.
