80-11-419. Penalty. In addition to the penalty specified in 80-11-418, any person who violates or aids in the violation of any of the provisions of this part or any rules or orders of the committee adopted under this part is punishable upon conviction by a fine not to exceed $500. All fines collected must be deposited as provided in 80-11-415.
