39-71-2208. Claim summary and actuarial documentation. If a plan No. 2 insurer becomes insolvent and is placed into receivership, declares bankruptcy, or seeks protection from its creditors, the insurer, upon request of the department, shall submit to the department claim summary and actuary information for the insurer's Montana workers' compensation and occupational disease claims.
