61-11-516. Rulemaking. The department may adopt rules to implement this part. The rules may include procedures for:
     (1) verifying the identity of a person requesting personal information;
     (2) maintaining records of release of personal information by the department or by any recipient under this part; and
     (3) providing for oversight of sale or disclosure of personal information to third parties.
