7-14-2717. Performance bond to be given by successful bidder. Before entering upon performance of the contract, the contractor shall comply with the requirements of Title 18, chapter 2, part 2. For the purposes of those sections with relation to contracts with the committee, a contract shall not be completed until the committee, while formally convened, affirmatively accepts all of the work thereunder.
