7-16-2201. Definitions. For the purposes of this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Heritage and cultural tourism resources" has the meaning provided in 90-1-161.
     (2) "Heritage preservation and cultural tourism commission" means an entity organized pursuant to 90-1-162.
     (3) "Museums" means buildings or parts of buildings of which a principal purpose is the exhibition, display, or performance of matters of historical, artistic, cultural, or scientific interest.
