7-16-2214. Right to protest. (1) At any time within 30 days after the date of the first publication of the passage of the resolution of intention to create a museum district, an owner of property liable to be taxed under 7-16-2205 may make written protest against the proposed district.
     (2) The protest must be delivered to the county clerk and recorder, who shall endorse on the protest the date of receipt.
