7-22-2222. Mill levy authorized. To administer and implement a rodent abatement program, the governing body may, subject to 15-10-420, levy a tax on the taxable value of the horticultural, farming, grazing, forest, and railroad lands within the district. The proceeds of the levy are to be placed in the district fund.
