7-35-2103. Hearing on creation of district. At the time fixed for the hearing, the board shall determine whether or not it complies with the requirements set forth in this part and whether or not the notice required in this part has been published as required and must hear all competent and relevant testimony offered in support of or in opposition to the petition. The hearing may be adjourned from time to time for the determination of facts, for a period not to exceed 2 weeks.
