20-25-427. (Temporary) Allocation of indirect cost reimbursements. Subject to the conditions contained in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, any reimbursement for indirect costs associated with a grant to or contract with the Montana university system or any of its units is allocated to the designated subfund of the current fund, as provided in 17-2-102, for distribution to the unit receiving the grant or under the contract.
