32-9-114. Provisional licenses and previously licensed persons. The department may establish by rule licensing requirements, fees, and interim procedures for licensing and acceptance of applications for the purposes of implementing an orderly and efficient licensing process. The department may by rule establish expedited review and licensing procedures for a previously licensed person.
