     7-4-3006. Limitation on number of deputy district court clerks. The whole number of deputies allowed the clerk of the district court may not exceed one chief deputy and up to:
     (1) six deputies in counties of the first or second class;
     (2) four deputies in counties of the third or fourth class having more than one district judge;
     (3) two deputies in counties of the third or fourth class having one district judge;
     (4) one deputy in counties of the fifth, sixth, or seventh class.
